Your Thoughts are NOT Quarantined

Let’s go back in time to 6 months ago. When everything was normal, when people together smiled in the face of the world, when there was no fear of being together, when the fear hadn’t cast its shadow on the ground. A novel disease, a magnifying virus that is not even visible but is able to sever our relations and chains, that frightens everyone around the world. The cities are filled with silence, fear of this pandemic is everywhere. What a fray is all over the world: exactly what is our fear?

What a fray is all over the world: exactly what is our fear?

Death or fear for our hopes that takes root from our hearts. Life has taken new and different perspective, different from every aspect. It has been four months that we are in home and it is unbelievable for us, but we have once again learned the meaning of being together, being with family, being appreciative of what we have in our lives, and we have learned how to reach for our hopes and goals in life differently. However, it is a big lesson for us, for those who always thought about themselves and always tried for their own benefit. This is us, who not only forgot everything about friends and family but also this earth. We have buried this dirt innocent planet that is our home under our egos.

Nature has taken a new color to itself, different from before. I can feel freshness and the smile that is on red cheeks of roses of my garden.

…but we have once again learned the meaning of being together, being with family, being appreciative of what we have in our lives, and we have learned how to reach for our hopes and goals in life differently.

The sky is shining, but not from pollution and smoke. With a little reflection, we can see the delightfulness of the clouds in the sky which spread their skirts over the sky and their beauty over the sun. It is spectacular that the natural delightfulness around each one of us speaks in its own way. It’s as if the virus that is destroying our lives has had a different story for them. I’m delighted to be able to feel the joy of nature with the gentle breeze that spreads over my hair and draws them into play. This is us who are challenging the nature and ignoring all these beauties.

Yes, it is the coercion of nature that wants to let us know that we are not the only ones who live on this planet, but everyone and everything has the right to live on it. The right to live and the right to portray self-evident beauties does not belong to humans to decide to live these beauties. In addition, I was familiarized with more dream creatures, those we do not hear much from. Those who immediately give up their lives for the sake of their fellow humans. It’s as if Coronavirus’ fear has no effect on them and they are resolutely fighting against it. White-capped doctors are like white doves of peace who fight against the nanometric virus in order to bring peace which is neither by force nor by medicine, only through the hope that has sprouted in their hearts to protect the survival of humans.
